These Terms of Service govern the services provided by TrueClean Solutions LLC. By requesting, booking, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

TrueClean Solutions LLC provides professional window and related cleaning services, including interior and exterior window cleaning, screen cleaning, screen repair, and garage door cleaning.

We use professional cleaning equipment, including deionized water and water-fed pole systems, where appropriate for the service being performed.

Specific services, pricing, and work included will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee where applicable.
• TrueClean Solutions LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing will be provided before work begins whenever reasonably possible.
• Additional work or services requested after the original agreement may result in additional charges.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit or debit cards, electronic payments, or other methods made available by TrueClean Solutions LLC.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the property and areas being serviced.
• Removing or securing valuable, fragile, or easily damaged items near the work area.
• Securing pets and notifying our team of any known hazards or special property conditions.
• Informing TrueClean Solutions LLC of any known damage, fragile surfaces, defective windows, damaged screens, or other conditions that may require special care before work begins.
• Ensuring that the person authorizing the work has the appropriate authority to do so.

5. Property Conditions & Liability

TrueClean Solutions LLC takes reasonable care when performing services. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, deterioration, defects, or normal wear and tear.
• Existing cracks, loose seals, damaged screens, failed window seals, deteriorated frames, or other pre-existing conditions.
• Damage resulting from unsafe or hazardous property conditions that were outside our reasonable control.
• Issues caused by materials, surfaces, fixtures, windows, screens, or structures that were already damaged, deteriorated, or improperly installed.

Where appropriate, we may decline to clean a window, screen, garage door, or other surface if we believe doing so could create an unreasonable risk of damage or injury.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion and explain the concern.

We will make reasonable efforts to review the issue and, where appropriate, correct any service-related concerns.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

TrueClean Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or terminate a service when conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, property conditions present an unreasonable risk, or other circumstances prevent us from completing the work safely and professionally.

8. Service Plans

Customers who choose a recurring cleaning schedule may be eligible for promotional discounts or other benefits offered by TrueClean Solutions LLC.

Current promotional discounts may include:

• Quarterly cleaning: 10% off
• Bi-annual cleaning: 5% off

Discounts and service-plan terms may be subject to change and will be confirmed with the customer before enrollment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Nevada.

10. Changes to These Terms

TrueClean Solutions LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will apply to services booked after the updated terms take effect.
